A player in the mould of Ravindra Jadeja, Khary Pierre bowls quick left-arm spin, is a useful hitter in the lower order and is an agile fielder. Pierre made his debut for Trinidad and Tobago in the 2016-17 domestic season, finishing as their second-highest wicket-taker in the Super50 Cup. He had good back-to-back first-class seasons as well, before shining in the CPL in 2018. Pierre impressed for Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR), picking up 11 wickets at an economy rate of just 5.65, in their run to the title.
